Basement Systems Toronto did an excellent job of fixing my basement wall. The ground around the foundation froze and pushed in my cement block basement wall, severely cracking it and making it dangerously unstable. After considerable analysis, BST decided that the best solution was to pour a 4-inch concrete wall on its exterior and secure it to the existing wall with bolts. Every person on the team- Haithem, Shihied, Ziang, Hashan, Abdullah and Adam- were tireless, often working without a break from the time they arrived in the morning to late into the afternoon. Zaniel. Andy, and Hassan were polite and pleasant. They treated my property with respect and worked hard to deliver the promised services. Zaniel and Andy both took ownership of my experience checking in with me throughout the job and updating me on their progress. Their excellent customer care and obvious dedication to doing the job well left me reassured when we ran slightly over schedule and they had to return for unscheduled time to finish the work. They work back the next day and quickly finished their remaining tasks ensuring that the Job had been done properly. Hassan being the newly did not engage as much with updates but in our interactions he was pleasant and hard working. When the installation was complete my estimator and project lead Haithem came to triple check the work had been done up to standard. He explained his findings to me and after confirming everything is up to scratch he also explained our warranty coverage and reassured us that we have piece of kind with their work.
