Zaniel. Andy, and Hassan were polite and pleasant. They treated my property with respect and worked hard to deliver the promised services. Zaniel and Andy both took ownership of my experience checking in with me throughout the job and updating me on their progress. Their excellent customer care and obvious dedication to doing the job well left me reassured when we ran slightly over schedule and they had to return for unscheduled time to finish the work. They work back the next day and quickly finished their remaining tasks ensuring that the Job had been done properly. Hassan being the newly did not engage as much with updates but in our interactions he was pleasant and hard working. When the installation was complete my estimator and project lead Haithem came to triple check the work had been done up to standard. He explained his findings to me and after confirming everything is up to scratch he also explained our warranty coverage and reassured us that we have piece of kind with their work. The sales representative, Haithem, was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, both before and AFTER I signed the contract. We spoke several times leading up to the installation and he even made a 2nd trip to our house to help us plan for our new sump sump. I would not recommend at all. The reason is they came in and presented files and video, they never thought the problem is from window and came out with waterproofing in basement and slab pressure from water going to foundation and etc. They gave a quote about 8k for doing this when this was not relevant. We have a special sump pump and blah blah blah…. Not professional at all and I think they are just looking to sell their solution and product without finding a real cause.
