I had a TV mount installed. Technician that came to install it walked me through what they were doing as I was concerned with the scope of work. Before the work started I was guaranteed a price. An hour after I signed off and paid for the work I was sent a 2nd invoice for additional costs. Was not happy about the surprise charge and the time I took to deal with it but ultimately they resolved in my favor. The technician they arranged was to arrive between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. at 12 p.m. he called to say he will be there by 1 p. m. at 1 p.m. he called to say that his car broke down and he will contact their barrie office but in my opinion that was not accurate or truthful information as when I complained to Aux that my elderly parents had waited since 9 am they arranged for him to arrive 30 minutes later.
The fee was to be a mounting and concealing of the tv wires. My 81 year old father was prompted to help him lift the tv...he had no idea what a Samsung Frame TV was even though we had indicated that this is the model in advance. He also did not conceal any of the wires. A job that should have taken less than 2 hours took him about 5.5 hours. I contacted Aux to get a refund and they sent back only $60 which i found to be ridiculous given this lack of professionalism and poor work. More...

Although there was an issue with the initial install, Auxe returned and spent a lot of time fixing the issue, at the end to my complete satisfaction at no extra charge.
