Very terrible service provided.
so my case was opened and I was promised ill get the information I am looking for within a week, I had to reach out after a week, I was then lied to that the information I was needing has been found and I needed to pay a sum of $400 balance before the information is provided to me,I paid immediately, and it took another 2-3days to get a hold of this people and also agree to getting the information by text rather than written professionally. By the time I got this information they took money from me for, it was nothing close to anything I didn't know. They took the information i provided, did a credit check, and provided information on the credit check which I already know, and provided to them from start. I let this company know I am aware of this information and it isn't what I was told ill get from the company. they kept giving me all sorts of other things they where going to do to try and find the information, over 1month passed and I never got the information I paid for, when I asked, i was told I needed to pay another $85 to get form on a phone number I provided to them in relation to the investigation I paid for. after over $500 I already paid. on top of this, I have had to constantly been the one to ask for update every time, and when I do finally get a call they have nothing tangible to give me. I did more investigation and found more information I needed on my own and absolutely nothing from this company. DO NOT USE, they are RIP off. I have a very bad experience with this company. After they opened my case, I waited for several months for update. No one contacted me. Then I tried to reach them by phone or email. These people are scammers--- I paid $475 for a private investigator only to not receive any messages or phone calls after they got the money.
