What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to launch a firm that simplified HR, focused on the fundamentals, provided an excellent work-life balance for our staff, prioritized continuous learning and development, and focused on giving back to the communities we work in. There weren't any firms at the time that checked all those boxes - and so I decided to go my own way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our consultants are top experts in the field. They all have at least 10 years of leadership experience in HR and business consulting. We are one of the few firms that have extensive training and certifications in the type of work we do (ex. all of our consultants that support on investigations are certified workplace investigators). We can provide most services remotely, allowing us to collaborate with clients Canada-wide. However, we have consultants that work with us in many major cities across Canada, allowing us to provide in-person services in a number of cities.

Most of our work is completely remote, which allows us to collaborate with clients with no risk of transmission.
