I came across Rachel when I was quite stressed about how I was going plan well for retirement. It was something I had put off thinking about for too long due to feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Meeting with Rachel was immediately reassuring and I felt like I was in good hands. Her advice is always thorough and tailored to my needs and she really listens to what her clients want. Even when she recommended a path that she believed was better for me financially, she listened to my concerns about where I wanted my money invested and found a solution that worked for me. I now feel like I have a plan moving forward and support when I need it. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel and The Income Edit to other women heading toward retirement who want to have a plan and maximise their income. More...

Rachel took the time to really understand my circumstances and what was important to me - now and in the future. The initial meeting was thorough but there was never any pressure to take on her services. She was patient and friendly and I would now not use anyone else. I would 100% recommend her especially to single women closing in on retirement. More...

I sought Rachel out for advice when unforeseen medical issues meant I needed to retire earlier than expected. Rachel took time to get to know my needs and preferences and has taken me through all the steps I have needed to do to make my goals happen. She gave me confidence that retirement was possible for me and connected me with others to provide assistance. I feel her advice is truly independent, knowledgeable, non judgmental and in my best interests. I certainly recommend Rachel to other women of all ages seeking to understand and better manage their financial futures. More...

Helping women to be financially secure. To have income when work stops. Running my own business allows me to present my advice in a female friendly way and I am loving it! I still provide advice to men and have male clients, I don't exclude them, but having my own business allows me to communicate in a way that sits well with me. My advice and service is enhanced by this.

Regarding the actual super funds, I mostly recommend funds that are sophisticated behind the scenes and easy for clients to use up front, are aligned to their values and are cost effective. The funds could be not for profit or retail super funds depending on what is important to my client.

I think of insurance as a safety net. It helps to be able to keep your home if you can no longer work due to illness or injury. I help you to find cost effective ways to build a safety net and keep your home, still save for retirement and have money to cover medical expenses and living expenses in the event of being unable to work due to illness or injury.
