When I messaged around for quotes these guys were the first to show up, I waited on others to compare, two companies couldn't give better pricing. Quote thorough & fully itemised, they confirm this before and after work is completed so very professional.By then my roof leak became much worse after a storm when I called to accept my quote and ask a few questions they listened to my circumstances and organised to be here the next day. All the girls in the office were fantastic.I couldn't be more grateful for the efforts they made to sort out the problem straight away.The boys arrived and got stuck in. From our initial enquiry, when a problem with our roof first appeared, the staff at roof masters have been exemplary. Our query was dealt with promptly and professionally. They identified the cause of the leak and it was fixed in no time with only a few tiles needing to be replaced. After a thorough inspection they advised a couple of options for us moving forward. We have now had the roof repointed and once again the correspondence keeping us up to date was second to none. (We had a few rainy days to contend with). The trades were knowledgeable, polite and got stuck in and it was done in a very timely manner.The price was very reasonable and we certainly can't recommend them highly enough. I had a leak in my ceiling Oct '25. My insurance agreed to cover the cost of the ceiling repair, but I had to arrange for maintenance to the tiled roof prior to the ceiling repair. The problem with the roof was cracked pointing and several cracked tiles. I got quotes from 3 companies. I don't always choose the cheapest quote. Roof Masters East Coast/Newcastle Roofing Professionals provided the cheapest quote, covering the same scope of works. I requested a replacement of some flashing around a vent, but the worker told me the flashing was OK - and that a cracked tile joining the flashing needed replacing (saving me some money). We approached Roof Master East Coast for a solution to gutter overflow we had experienced during the heavy rains in Newcastle this year. Our rear gutter was full of debris so we decided to go-ahead with a gutter guard. We also wanted an additional downpipe installed to alleviate the overflow as well. The estimating process was good and I was grateful that RMEA were patient with me to assess and requote on the extra options I thought might help with the problems. Upon arrival of the trades, It was pointed out installation of a down pipe was probably unnecessary since all that was required was to clean the drain where water was overflowing saving us that expense. The thorough assessment of the problem was really helpful. The guys set to work and installed the gutter guard with no problems by which it was time for a short break to watch the Melbourne Cup. Once the race was run the gutter was cleaned out and the guys cleaned up.
