What inspired you to start your own business?
PSS is a concierge for the community, by the community. It's involvement and a desire to provide tailored, high-quality care to people with disabilities and seniors. We believe in treating every individual with the utmost respect and care, guided by a proverb we hold close to heart: "The guest is a friend of God," meaning that every guest must be treated with the highest level of service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the Covid-19 pandemic, PSS implemented rigorous safety protocols, including enhanced sanitation measures, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), regular testing for staff, and contactless services where possible,
We also offered remote consultations and minimised in-person interactions to ensure the safety of both clients and staff while maintaining a high standard of care.
