Expanse Revamp built my kitchen and bathrooms and has done a magnificent job. After working with a number of people I really understand how difficult it is to find a good professional in this industry. I almost had a heart attack trying to work with “professionals” on my project before coming across Expanse Revamp. The guys at Expanse Revamp are clearly qualified for what they do. Marty has a great work ethic, progresses efficiently and in a timely manner. He is straight forward and honest about what we can expect. Hired for a bathroom renovation and other improvements. The first three weeks went fine, but after I paid 95% of the total cost, progress slowed dramatically. Work clearly in the original scope was suddenly reclassified as “extras” with inflated prices. He made excuses like “you agreed,” “doing you a favour,” “don’t expect perfect results,” and “I can’t come in for small work,” while blaming me for delays.
When I withheld the small final payment until defects were fixed — including a crooked wall, poor paintwork, and damaged floorboards — he refused to continue unless I paid in full, and stated outright that the defects I reported were “invalid.”
I am now paying other trades to complete and repair the work, and have taken formal action, including reporting him to the tribunal and issuing a notice seeking reimbursement for unfair charges and completion costs.
Lesson: Never pay most of the money before the work is nearly finished, and have every agreement in writing. More...

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the facts of the project. The bathroom renovation and additional works were completed as per the agreement. All work was completed to the agreed specifications. Any additional work requested outside the original scope was completed as per your request. The remaining items the client refers to were either: • Already completed in accordance with the plans and Australian Standards • Not part of the original scope but offered as optional extras • Or items that the client had agreed not to proceed with We completed all contracted works and attended the site to rectify reasonable defects. However, the client withheld the final payment and not willing to pay in full. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and our record of satisfied clients. We regret that, despite our efforts to resolve this amicably, the matter is now subject to formal proceedings, and we will respond fully through the appropriate channels.

I had a wonderful experience! The ice cream was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and full of flavour ( especially the Pistachio )! They really have unique flavors I didn't find anywhere else in Melbourne. Also, the nighttime atmosphere was calm and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ronaldo — he was amazing with kids, very kind, and even more impressive in person than I expected.
