Cluey learning got in touch very quickly. They were able to answer all my questions. They setup a paid two week trial and my son has enjoyed his first session. The tutor was a qualified teacher and was able to very quickly work out a learning approach to start to get my child back on track. When Cluey learning contacted me about tutoring for my son they did not mentioned that the device needed google Chrome in order to access the platform. We could not get in our first tutoring session, I managed to get to one of their support teams and they advice me of this requirement. The laptop I have does not allow me to install this software, since they were not able to provide the service they will reimburse me in full and cancel the enrolment. Used Cluey for online maths sessions when son was in primary school struggling with Maths, no improvement was made with his maths.

Worked hard to find a tutor that would suit my child and she really enjoyed the session. Even said she’s looking forward to next weeks.

I'm only at the on-boarding process, so can not yet rate the tutoring but I was impressed with Cluey's warm, engaging intake call. We found the platform easy for our 18year old son to use. The platform had my son at easy with the whole process. The one on one tutor via the web as good if not better than having a face to face. The additional ability to get details of the session was a great benefit for parents.
