What do you love most about your job?
The fulfilment of unlocking clients' dreams and vision for their lives; the appreciation of teams, who are empowered and enabled, to do what they always felt they were capable of; and the gratitude of 'loved ones', who have their life partners, come back to them with renewed passion and purpose.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like most, I started my first business, craving control and thinking my production knowledge and management experience, would equip me for business ownership.... how wrong I was! I ended up working harder than my employees and was never 'off the clock'.
In 1997, I was inspired to join visionary Brad Sugars, teaching and guiding aspiring business owners, to avoid the unnecessary friction and frustration I'd experienced in growing my businesses.
