I decided on ASM Line to install a 5kW hybrid system at my house in the Overstrand area after receiving 5 quotes from different installers. The reason for my decision was the openness and assistance by the installer and the sharing of their knowledge. It simply built a relationship of trust that gave me peace of mind. The technician who dealt with me (Serge) made a big effort to inform me about their product and what I could expect. I learned later during our conversations that he has wide international experience regarding the installation of the systems. As with any product, sometimes something goes wrong and so also during this installation. I was informed by the technician about the problem they encountered during installation and all were fully explained to me and the items were replaced immediately. After almost a month I am completely happy and satisfied with the installation and the assistance and support throughout - ASM line also registered the system with the Overstrand Municipality and a CoC was issued after installation and an on-site inspection by an electrician who ASM Line appointed. Great job and many thanks to Serge, his team and ASM Line.
