We have recently moved all our payroll from our accountant to Travis and Mark from Trailblazer Systems. They have been very professional, they remind us at the right times for monthly salary amounts, reminders are sent for PAYE payments and they have managed to consolidate our HR stuff already. We are very happy with the move to them and would highly recommend them to any size business. I have been dealing with Trailblazer for over 4 years now. Their support on SAGE products is excellent. I use them for support on SAGE One Accounting and Payroll.
Travis always has the answer to my queries. He always returns my calls if he is busy on the line or in meetings.
I utilise Trailblazer's payroll bureau and I am very satisfied with the service that Mark gives me on a monthly basis. He is also prompt and very helpful. As the systems continuosly change, I can't keep up to date with all of the changes, I rather refer my clients to Trailblazers for the take on process and areas that I have not had exposure to. This takes strain of my businees and we work well together for the benefit of the clients.
Their business is professional and service orientated, with quick turnaround times which is critical in business.
