They were extremely professional and friendly. They took time and care with our house and made it absolutely beautiful. I would hire them again!

Sibongile was professional in her approach, she called to inform me when she could not visit for a pre-cleaning assessment as arranged, and informed they would be a bit late and apologised in advance for that while also clarifying why that was the case.

After cleaning, they need to tidy up and return equipment such as step ladders that they were using back into the house and not leave them outside in different areas of the house

In terms of the work itself, a very good effort was made but I subsequently discovered a few missed/uncleaned areas in the main bathroom.

Sibongile brought a colleague who was rather unprofessional in that I asked for a quotation to clean windows, which was not done prior to cleaning the windows. The lady responsible subsequently asked for an unreasonable amount of money which I paid without complaining because I was also pre-occupied and forgot to ask prior to them cleaning the windows, even though I had asked her to assess on arrival and give a quote. I also did not want them to feel like they are being exploited after doing the work. But providing a quotation should be standard practice prior to commencing work.

The workers need to be respectful and should not take pictures of the house before asking the owner because they may be sued for invasion of privacy. They also should not start plugging their mobile phones to charge them without asking for permission. All home owners pay for electricity, it is not a free commodity.

Having said that, I do recognise that they are still starting out but they should pay attention to such things as not all clients will be understanding. I hope that these comments will assist them to improve and be more professional.

Unfortunately we did not have enough time for a feedback session even though Sibongile did ask how well they did. I could only give a proper and an honest assessment after going through the rooms to see how well they performed. A very good effort really for cleaning the house.

I think the windows were overwhelming for the team, much improvement is needed in this area especially given the amount they charged. The windows should have been spotless, but they were not. More...
