What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to help grieving families through the worst of times by providing caring, professional, fair and practical advice and assistance. Having families thank us afterwards as they look back on a sad and difficult time and the support we provided to them is what rewards us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We want to do things better for families. We want to provide a modern, warm, caring and accessible funeral home that has none of the gloom and darkness often associated with funeral undertakers. We want to help families tailor make their funeral experience rather than forcing them to select from a menu of funeral packages.
Why should our clients choose you?
We go out of our way to ensure that our clients have a positive funeral experience. We take away as much of the stress and administration of dealing with a death so that you can focus on your family and loved ones.

We can do a lot of the engagement remotely but we do need to get signatures and documents from families. We are careful to limit face-to-face exposures during these times of Covid-19 concern.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow strict health and safety protocols at all times. We adhere strictly to government regulations related to funerals and management of a deceased. Funerals are conducted with social distancing and sanitisation protocols observed.
Funeral Arrangements and Planning
We guide you with care and compassion through every aspect of arranging a funeral, including all choices and options available to you. We aim to ensure that you have no regrets in time to come because you didn't know what was possible.
Burials
We provide everything needed for a dignified burial, including all grave lowering equipment, mats, a gazebo and chairs and anything else requested. We assist families with the required paperwork to book a grave or to reopen an existing grave.
Cremations
We take care of all requirements for a cremation to be done. We obtain all required medial reports and approvals and make the booking at the crematorium. We arrange either private unattended cremations or attendance cremations. We prepare the cremation ashes for receipt by the family and arrange for the ashes to be collected by or delivered to families.
Viewings
Where family members and friends wish to view a deceased loved one prior to burial or cremation, we arrange this in our private viewing room, where families can say their goodbyes in privacy and with dignity.
End of life counselling
Where a person has a terminal illness, we have a trained and certified end of life counsellor who meets with the family and / or the terminal patient to help with emotions of fear, anxiety, regrets, anger, sadness and more. By dealing with these emotions in advance and in a constructive manner, the death process can be peaceful and beautiful, bringing comfort to all.
