I could not expand while in the service of a company.

Our Proposals
Our proposals are presented in great detail. We list the areas of work to be done, detailing and quantifying the various activities to be performed in each of these areas. This gives the Client the ability to add and remove activities according to his/her budget, knowing exactly what the cost implications are. This method also eliminates unexpected charges for “extras”, “misunderstanding” and disappointment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To follow the basic ules:
1) Wear a mask!
2) Sanitise or wash hands regularly.
3) Avoid crowded and dense areas.
4) Make sure there is Proper ventilation.
5) Do the Medical questionair about Covid 19.
6) Take temp. of workers daily.
7) Make sure non of my employees show symptoms .
8) Keep distance between workers & any other persons as far as posible.
Building, Construction, Shop fitting & Renovation.
I have built my 1st house (Plot & Plan) in 1995.
In 1998 I did my first full house Renovation at 247 Main Road Plumstead.
In 2001 I did a full renovation of 8 Semi detached houses in Harfield Village, I converted 4 houses into 8 flats
& renovated the other 4.
In 2007 I built 14 Double storey flats in Capricorn Beach (from setting out foundations off plan, up to signing off project at Council)
From 2007 I have been doing internal renovations, built additions, all general maintatnance, painting & fixing of clients properties.
In 2011 I started to do Office Renovation and shopfitting.
I am familiar with all my Contractors and supervise as much as I possibly can.
Our workmanship is of very high standard and we avoid any comebacks.
I do offer after sales service & accommodate my clients needs.
In a Nutshell, I am a builder!
