I need to retract my initial review. Non-return valve not installed, so all my water back into the main line. Battling for 2 weeks to get him back to rectify, excuses excuses. Be careful, he will quote you on the spot. check quality and work done.... Not recommending him... More...

As of the word go I installed your pump which you supplied and it comes with a built in non return valve hence I did everything as per specification and I have sent u a live location showing that I'm driving to u to check the complaint of which I believe the house might have different supply which I said I'm going to check.
