Why should our clients choose you?
Generally the first two questions I encounter from Clients are – How long does it take and what is the cost?
• An estimated timeline to work to is 2-4 weeks from your approval of my quote to submission. This includes obtaining existing plans from Council, drawing up and checking existing, Client approval/sign off and Engineering input/stamp.
• Architectural cost of drawing up building plans for submission is R5025 for first 50m², and R105/m² for additional m² area, and might vary depending on complexity and status of existing structures.
• Actual physical cost of building your additions may range from R 7500/m² upwards, and it varies based on internal finishes specifications and your contractor. Internal finishes, kitchen counters, tiles, bathroom fittings usually account for approximately 60% of project cost.

Yes. We work remotely for most part, and visit the site when additional information/measurements are required. Initial assessment, quotes and information is communicated easily through email or whatsapp with the Client. Projects include additions to existing houses, extensions and complete remodelling projects including interiors.

We work remotely for most part, and visit the site when additional information/measurements are required. Initial assessment, quotes and information is communicated easily through email or whatsapp with the Client. Projects include additions to existing houses, extensions and complete remodelling projects including interiors.
Registered to submit plans nationally and have certifications on latest mandatory Energy efficiency submission requirements. In case of municipal submission drawings, a structural engineer is mandated by law. We have a structural engineer on our team and this forms part of our service.
