What do you love most about your job?
Every session is rewarding session. During these sessions, clients find a safe space to share, explore and discover their answers. The most rewarding part of my job is to be part of another person's journey of self-discovery and growth; this is what I love the most about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The people around me inspired me to become a coach. Several professional women and emerging leaders would often approach me for guidance about work challenges. My conversations became a safe and reliable space for discussions on making a change in careers, solving conflict, and managing life demands while building a career. I felt a huge need for rising professionals to have a mentor who has faced similar challenges and to give them simple tools to succeed. In 2019 I left corporate and started my coaching practice. Today I have coached over 600 hours, and in my final semester of the Degree in Applied Social Science specialising in Business Management and Psychology.
