Poor quality, amateur work, unprofessional service
The O&T projects team completed a tiling project for my bedrooms and they could not have possibly done a worst job.
Problems:
Uneven tiling
Uneven spacing between tiles (spacers were provided and not used)
Mismatched grouting
Excessive grouting (6cm in one spot)
Cement and grout left on my doors and walls
The whole service was extremely unprofessional and the quality of the work was poor. They have ruined my floors and were reluctant to take any accountability.
The owner “just wanted his money cause he did his job” regardless of the poor standard of work.
Save yourself the money, time, and headache and hire professional Tiler’s recommended through someone you know.
