The job that I offer requires face to face interactions , I can only perform remote communication with a client to check their health progress and well-being if there’s an agreement between me and the employer.

It is my responsibility and the employer to always have/ use my personal protective equipment during work days. This includes being aware of any viral/bacterial cross contamination that may occur during workdays and always have PPE worn at all times to avoid cross infections.

1. Taking and recording of vital signs (blood pressure, cholesterol, pregnancy/urine/stool testing, glucose testing, respiration and temperature).
2.Assist in :dressing, feeding, bathing, mobilizing, cleaning.
sanitizing client surroundings. 3.Bed making/linen changing.
4.Promoting and giving out health education to the employer /client
5. Giving medication as prescribed and monitoring patient response.
6. Changing diapers( monitoring patient intake and elimination).
7. Changing bed position to prevent bed sores (pressure part care relief).
8. Recording of all medical interventions.
