Our flat in Amanzimtoti was flooded with water from a broken washing machine!!
Since this is our holiday flat, we urgently needed the problem to be sorted.
Our kids were on their way for their holiday. I contacted Mrs Boss Cleaning Services actually after hours! They responded immediately and walked the extra mile to arrange to get the key for the flat directly with the responsible person!!
The very next morning they were there and handled the situation perfectly!!
