Your wedding is going to be epic, intimate, crazy fun, romantic, super emotional and a whirlwind all packed into one day. It’s going to be full of moments of intense pleasure, deep emotion, of absolute delight. Moments that seem to last the entire day and moments that fly past as you get lost in your new spouse’s eyes.

Howzit future brides and grooms, I’m Jono, a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in the awesome KZN Midlands. The Mopani Street name comes from the street that my grandparents lived in, they taught me everything about love, romance and adventure. Because of them I believe in love, I believe in happy ever afters and I believe in marriage. I believe it’s one of the biggest and best decisions you can make and the grandest adventure you will ever embark on.

My photography style is real and simple, from epic scenes painted by nature to the intimate moments when you thought no one was watching. I believe that every photo is as important as the next, from the kiss to the first dance to the one Great Aunt Edna started badgering you for three months before the wedding. I shoot entirely with natural light, occasionally using a reflector or diffuser to even out the image.

My goal at each and every wedding is to capture the thousands of moments that, when put together, tell the story of your perfect day.
