Working on a number of team projects has allowed them, I guess, to develop their ability to communicate clearly with others, and mediate conflicts between team members. In this particular project, we were having trouble reaching an agreement about how to approach an element of the project. They listened to me and my concerns and we eventually got to sit down and come up with a solution that would satisfy everyone. for the longest time i used to tag along with my dad to his clients and the smiles that he left with many people made want to do the same and bring about a solution to the challenges that are faced.

Sanitise our work places and every place that we work on and maintaining social distance. one of a difficulty thing we have experienced as a country but we hope that a lot of people have now been informed and understand the Covid rules.
