Very approachable and a pleasant lady who understands and has empathy for her clients.

The team was really kind so from that front the service was excellent. However the level of diligence and professionalism from the team was disappointing. They are very slow and did not stick to the timelines they had given me. The packers need to be micromanaged and are constantly taking phone calls for other jobs while on your job. The administration/management team does not give a full SLA and misrepresants the services e.g protective wrapping on furniture. My couch and microwave were damaged in the process of moving.
