I was told I’m buying Luxx hair from the “founder” and now she’s changed her story to, she imported it herself. After she said in front of multiple people it’s luxx hair! It is now dry after 5 months, I did not notice it because I did blow drys with her and obviously she can style and put products on to make it look better. She’s been tripping over her lies and blaming her assistants for the hair that keeps slipping out (about 10-20 strands a week). I cannot believe you have such a disgusting woman representing your brand. What a waste of my savings. Her offer to trim and treat the hair is not a solution, I could of spent R10 500 on quality hair! More...
