Lumbela Contractors is a 100% black owned company established in 2012 as an enterprise development initiative under the guidance of Sun International.
The concept of Lumbela Contractors has been researched, designed and developed over a lengthy period of time by David Lumbela who has more than 15 years’ experience providing world-class maintenance services on a commercial level in various sectors of the industry.

The core function of the business is providing preventative infrastructure maintenance as well as infrastructure improvement services on a commercial level while providing those same high-quality services to the residential market.

The growth enjoyed by the company has been abundant. Since its inception, the number of employees has more than doubled. We aim to set the benchmark in terms of promoting female management in an industry where this seems sorely needed.

We are also committed to creating sustainable employment within our surrounding communities and developing our people and those around us contributing to a better future for all our stakeholders.

We also ensure that our training and development programs are geared to ensure proper and skilled employees at all ranks within the business to provide the very best value to our customers.
