I am passionate about seeing people reach their potential, as individuals and leaders. I have worked in leadership and people development for over 14 years and now focus on coaching. As a registered Organisational Psychologist I can also provide Myers Briggs and Enneagram assessments that provide insight into personality and personal motivation. I am also open to working with groups.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe that people and organisations are unique and that generic solutions will not address unique challenges. I love working with individuals and leaders within their specific context to help cultivate the growth they aspire to achieve.

With over 13 years of working experience in the field of Organisational Psychology I have worked with leaders and learning specialists to design development strategies. I have worked at Group-Level in a Senior Management role and understand the challenges of managing a team and driving deliveries. I am also human, and believe in kindness, courage, curiosity and compassion.
