Katlego carpet and upholstery cleaning is the worst company I’ve ever used. They came to wash the carpet in my bedroom and I told them there is an unpleasant smell from the dirty water my daughter poured and they said they can clean. It’s like they only used water with no detergent, left my carpet wet, still smelling, they only spent 5 minutes and said they are done. Even to thoroughly sweep a carpet sucking dust out can’t be 5 minutes, im not talking about washing clean and drying it. I regret selecting this company surrounded by people who only wanted money and just pour water on my carpets and move on. They kept on wanting to continue to the other rooms but my siblings alerted me that they are careless and not determined to make anything clean as they were behaving somehow. They even requested to was the coffee table mat and when they say they are done my brother who was here asked them to do it again cause it was still dirty. When I come home I really was disappointed and felt so bad even selecting them, couldn’t be home when there busy, had couple of meetings to attend. More...
