What’s your signature dish?
Harissa Rubbed Lamb Shank, slow cooked in a Date and Naartjies Infused Broth, Served with Snap Beans, Rainbow Baby Carrots, mixed Julianne Veg and a Crumbed Mash Cake/ Gratin Dauphinois.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The Theme of the event determines what we serve and the Flavour Profile, we allow our customes to suggest dishes they might prefer and we prepare exactly that with elegance.
What do you love most about your job?
Food brings people together and food creates Harmony where people are gathered.
I love job because it allows me to travel the whole world remotely from my kitchen, with more than 10 Cuisines Mastered.
I meet a lot of different people with this job and allows me to be exposed to different Human Behaviors, with this i can be able to deal with a broader number of people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Losing my Job during Covid 19. I just started preparing home cooked meals and i realized my potential ia above avarage and i decided to put all my energy towards my own Venture.

6 years Experience as a Chef, 4 years as a Lead Chef. I am Michelin Star Trained and very passionate about Food.
Our Services match no less than 5 star Experiences. I have worked in Restaurants, Reserves, lodges among others so i am ables to fix any requirement.

Virtual Cooking Classes. For example, the client gathers the ingredients the Chef suggests and we log on to a platform and we cook together while i direct you and assist. This can be a Zoom Meeting or Skype.

Health Precautions are always kept in place. All Covid-19 regulations are kept at MAXIMUM.
