Sports messages are awesome, attention to detail and also talks you through what she is doing while messaging, very knowledgeable on the anatomy should you have any questions.
Lee was able to assist me to get the start line of my 14th Comrades - which I completed.
Eating plans - this again was an awesome experience, I was struggling with my running and weight loss. As soon as Lee saw what i was eating on a daily basis before creating my eating plan she was able to give me a couple of ideas to try while she was busy with my plan and this worked amazingly - Once I started my personalized plan my running improved and the weight came off. The eating plans are sustainable and easy to implement.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people.
I have always had a passion for helping others from a really young age.
I wanted to be a nurse, however I found massage and later the complementary therapies that could also be studied.
My interest peeked when I was about 20, my father was diagnosed with cancer, he was terminally ill. I used to help him every night after work, to massage him to help relieve the discomfort, it was at that moment that I knew if I could help someone even just a little, that makes a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to help others, I love what I do, its not just a business its a passion
