What do you love most about your job?
I love noticing the shift in my clients during the coaching conversation. I also love it when my clients realise that the answers and the power has always been within them all along. That looks like magic when the client eventually realises their POWER in their AHA moments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business because I had this nagging feeling of wanting to do more. Even though I have always worked with people, I was never really felt fulfilled, in that I did not feel like I was making a difference by just being in HR. I needed to enable people to tap into their superpower, which is what coaching has done for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am Liberal, in everything I do. I can be playful and serious all at once. I believe in Freedom to be self and bring positive thoughts to self. I have been in corporate and understand how it works. I have the superpower to be very present in conversations and listen to what is being said and what is not.
