What do you love most about your job?
Working with a diverse group of clients can be challenging but is also extremely rewarding. There is never a dull moment on any given day, as every business and individual has their own unique challenges, goals, needs and requirements. It is a special privilege to be able to invest in someone else's career, journey and/or business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in HR for a number of years where coaching and mentoring were part of my job and then consulting for many years, the transition came naturally. Working with people, and helping them to realise their dreams is what I live for, whether it is starting or running a business or helping them find their dream job, starting a new career or investing in their personal growth.

My unique blend of skills and expertise enables me to understand the complexities of both the corporate and business world.
