What do you love most about your job?
Every customer is unique and different in the way they see their customers, their business and their way of life. I find that working with such a diverse platform actually changes the way I see people and the growth I achieve in my business by guiding them in theirs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I took on this position as it allowed me complete autonomy to take on clients I chose and to help grow them in the best way I can, using my 27 years experience. Helping small business owners is far more fulfilling when you see the excitement when they grow and the way they are so proud of their businesses no matter the size.
Why should our clients choose you?
Being with Google and in Digital Marketing for the past 20 years I have build a unique set of skills and expertise. I have worked in over 15 countries with diverse cultures and business ideas in every country. I have adapted my approach and process to work in every type of business and find the best results are customer driven, so it doesn't matter the product, service or combination. If you concentrate on the customer and satisfying their needs, the sales just happen.

All our work is done online, but we do zoom calls and keep in regular contact at all times. It tends to irritate some customers but I believe the strategy needs to be completely understood and adopted by every customer so they get involved and understand everything I am doing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online - all my staff work from home to achieve complete safety and I find my staff are happier and get more work done.
