What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is very important. What ever you do, keep it consistent and you will reach your goals.
Take advice for professionals about workouts and eating plans.
Remember, the only easy day was yesterday.
What do you love most about your job?
This is not a job, this is a hobby, and that's why we love what we are doing.
Being able to help people build confidence and change their lives trough martial arts and fitness is what its all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and no place to go to, why not just start your own gym.. ;)

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We apply to all COVID-19 regulations and have the gym sanitized after every session.

Shihan Schalk started Martial Arts at the age 9(1978). He did a variety of Martial Arts including Judo, Boxing, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, BJJ and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).

Shotokan Karate
Shotokan is a style of karate, developed from various martial arts by Gichin Funakoshi.
Shotokan is regarded as a dynamic martial art as it develops anaerobic, powerful techniques as well as developing speed.
KickHIIT (Kickboxing HIIT)
This is our dynamic fitness program that combines bag work,
pad work, & cardio intervals.
The workouts are explosive,

RIO Grappling
