How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The garage door is easily replaceable for your space. Heating and cooling is in your budget. Plumbing is accessible (if necessary). Adequate parking and storage are available elsewhere
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Making sure the walls and roof are sound.
Floor slab – the existing floor may need to be levelled, damp-proofed and insulated.
Infilling the door – Most garage conversions simply brick up the garage door.
Wall insulation.
Roof insulation.

How long have you been in business?
Eujoca Renovations has been in business for the last 5 years. We started out by just building homes and then branched out and now do landscaping, pool installation and so much more.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We offer our customers a 3 months maintenance plan and 2 annual check ups
What do you love most about your job?
The finished project. Its how we get there. From the brick laying to painting and everything in between. That is why we do what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had the entrepreneurial mindset, but suddenly when the odds were against me, I knew in my heart it was time. The situation said "No", but my heart and mind said, "YESSSSS!" I have never regretted it.
