Hi Karen Truth will really be fair. Im aware of your situation and im aware that after the team were done with the deep clean, you did inspection and you told them that you are happy. Inspection time that's were you point out things that you ain't happy with so that it can be rectified. But a week later you send photos of the certain areas that you wanted them to come and fix, which we did send them, and which was after 10 days or so and when they arrived instead of allowing them to deal with what you have send to us as a complain you now wanted them to clean the whole house and you were shouting at them( mistreated them in other words) which it is really not right ma'am. Hence i personally phoned them and told them to leave because that was really not good at all. And after that you threatened one of our staff members that you would write a bad report about us which it was also wrong. That is not how we communicate. We respect our staff members,as much as they work hard for their families give them that small respect as much as they give you full respect as a client. We do have many clients and we do our work accordingly and hence we allow our client's to conduct inspection afterwards. Im sorry i tried to solve your problem but it also affected the morale of the staff members. Next time when we send people please take note that office do scope of work for them, it is important to communicate with the office incase there are additional , so that admin can address them as such. Hope you understand and thank you very much for addressing this matter

And another thing Ma'am you were rushing them. Please next time do confirm the hours and give them time to can complete their work. We have Deep Cleaning and we also have standard cleaning. Deep Cleaning takes time as they have to do a thorough cleaning, and it becomes more difficult for the team when they are given limited time especially if there is lot of work to be done. It is advisable to communicate with the office incase of any ammendment or clarity Ma'am. Limited time is accepted but it should also be reasonable looking at the goal to be accomplished. For example " asking the team of 2 people to clean a 2 bedroom,kitchen,2 bathroom and the seating area in 30 minutes ,including windows, cupboards, oven and etc. Its not gna be fruitful or produce good results. Such matters please communicate with us in advance so that we can both find a solution perhaps sending more people or start early. Thank you for your review and it is much appreciated.

The team has done a very good job. As i personally came to evaluate the house before and after. What i can say is that they did their best, all windows were properly cleaned, bathroom , cupboards inside and out, walls, about 20 blinds were cleaned, floors, 8 bedrooms, 3 garages and 6 reception rooms, all in one day. What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn’t begin my journey by falling in love with the problem—i began by falling in love with the solution. "entrepreneurs recognize a problem that exists and build their business around a solution" .
Why should our clients choose you?
It comes down to priorities. I’m in business to create lifetime clients because in my experience, when you treat someone with care and respect, you get great referrals and word of mouth. Just recently I helped an old man who had an hip operation & his daughter had health issues as well so she was unable to clean, not by choice but due to circumstances. I was able to help them get their home properly cleaned, not because of money but because of the love that i have for what i do. For me its a purpose, its a goal, its an opportunity to help others. Im always available for any questions for my clients and i am patient, and do follow-up.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Personnel /Staff are always wearing masks, we take temperatures every morning before departure. They sanitize their hands before work, during and after work. And we make sure that we use our disinfecting products during cleaning. We follow all the precautions for the safety of our Clients, us and our loved ones
