We sorry for the service that you received , it is unfortunate that you are only bringing the broken stuff issue after more than a month. Concerning the stuff that was left behind, an investigation was done and the truck was full, you were showing the guys what was supposed to be carried. Unfortunately, we do charge per load. The job took longer to offload due to the fact that the truck was parked far from your complex as there was no space.

Firstly compliments to Edmund and his team. Driver, Godfrey, was super friendly. The other 2 workers were humble. They packed a lot of stuff on the day. I am an avid plant lover and unfortunately l had to leave some behind. I left Durban the next day to go to New place. When l got there, l did see too many boxes packed on top of each other. I spent 2 days putting boxes and furniture outside. Still not settled after 9 days. I would recommend Efficient Logistics to move your belongings. I was assisting my sister in finding a household removal company when I came upon Efficient Logistics. While I was filling out the detail for a quote, my phone rang and a gentleman named Edmund asked whether he could assist me. Well I was flabbergasted as I hadn't even completed the information sheet. We discussed what we needed and Edmund answered all the questions fired at him. Edmund was well spoken, patient, kind and sounded very efficient. Needless to say we accepted his quote. On the morning of the move We received a phone call from Edmund confirming the time we agreed for his team to do ytge move. They arrived promptly and worked diligently. His team were friendly, well mannered and soft spoken. Edmund called again when his team had finished to hear whether we were satisfied... Which were were. Monday morning we had a courtesy call from Edmund. He was checking if we had experienced any breakages or damages. We had none. Thieves, terrible service. I wish I never came across these people. They overcharged my delivery not the agreed price-refusing to offload if I didn’t pay ! My antique arm chair and TV cabinet were damaged- didn’t care. My bag with my collection of cloud/superga sneakers were also all stolen- over R20000 gone. My kitchen supplies was also missing- can’t use my microwave glass under stolen etc. No one cared and Edmund the owner didn’t do anything about it. Atrocious service. Such an unpleasant experience. Good day Rose Thank you for airing your grievances. We are very sorry about last week's incident. As per our conversation earlier, we are doing internal investigations and we will be updating you on the developments. We have suspended the team as of this afternoon. We are really sorry and very disappointed. We will discuss with you recovery and compensation once the investigations have been finalised. We hope by Friday this issue would have been resolved. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding charges, we had initially quoted you for a 4ton truck (R24000) and we had to upgrade to an 8ton because your furniture couldn't fit. Since 8ton consumes more fuel we had to put the price up as we discussed prior to the move. We then made provision for you to pay R30000 now and pay R4950 later. That is why we sent you the invoice with the full amount. Unfortunately the invoice was not queried and you went ahead and paid the initial amount as agreed. We understood that you were happy with the amount. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Stop lying which quotation are you talking about? You have never asked for quotation to fix your mess. Since you said to me you are busy with the insurance you never revert to me. If this is how you run your business by lying, this time the deal went wrong. You are going to fix it. In fact you better do it now before you will be asked to buy me a new furniture. Horrible experience with this people. They damaged my furniture, fridge and the walls. The left drawers broken and when I contact the owner who at first showed that he had an insurance he is now giving me the run around. This him I am the one contacting him as if he doesn't know what his people did. I will not recommend them to anyone. My worst fears came to reality. My beautiful furniture is now damaged. I am told about the insurance as if I don't know how insurance operates. He keeps telling that he is going to loose a lot of money than the one he charged me for removal. As of my furniture it's nothing. You can only use them if you don't value your furniture. He doesn't even care at this moment. I am not even comfortable to sleep on my bed because they broke it. The excellent part was the fact that we did not share the load and thus they offloaded a day after pickup at our home in Cape Town. We did not have to complete the exhausting inventory list ,the owner came to our home at pickup point to check if the load would fit in the truck and we did not have broken, malfunctioning or missing items. They moved us on the agreed date, no rescheduling or any other stories. I would use them again and I do recommend them . The only downside is that they do not offer packing services so you have to do all the packing and ensure you buy all the materials you will need for packing, this means you start your packing way in advance. We are sorry that things did not work out. It is unfortunate that you have not allowed us to come and assess the damage and to bring professional carpenters to assist. We really wish you had enabled us to get a proper assessment of the damages in order for our insurance and team of carpenters to assist. It's really sad that the entire two loads that you did not pay for were transported and delivered successfully are now being overshadowed by a scratched floor and table which the insurance is willing to pay for them to be fixed, but you are not allowing us to come and assess the damages. You never paid a single cent for the two loads that we did for you. It only shows that you never wanted to pay anything from day one.
