It was a unique opportunity to participate in the sessions with a lot of interaction, with Transform Leadership Consulting via online, coached by Lindiwe Msiza from South Africa, and I in Mozambique.
Her presentations and approaches made it possible to open a broad view not only of my professional career, but also of social, family, business and in general.

Without shader of the doubt this has being the best of many workshops and training I have attended. It was powerful and backup by professional and knowledge of contend.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about developing people, strategies, businesses therefore, experiencing growth in people or society in how we communicate/engage, collaboration to multiply efforts and co-creation of processes and ideas, facilitating these processes brings fulfillment for me, knowing I make a difference by empowering others I also get empowered.
Some spaces we enter or work in, have old wounds, helping others to process this, heal the wounds and create a fertile environment for people to thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a Coach throughout my professional career, it was through coaching where I unleashed my potential as a Sales Exec, I followed through with coaching until I was appointed on the Board of the same company after moving up the ranks within 5years.
My Coach retired a few years ago at age 75, he worked until this age, this was an inspiration for me, not only that, he also took holidays for a month or two, therefore, had a life-work balance.
I then thought to myself, I would like to pass on the baton to someone else, all the wisdom that he gave me, I also want to pass it on to other people.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is not a job for me, it's a calling, my passion, my life.
Empowering people, healing workplaces, and influencing people come naturally.
If I can move just one person in a group, I have done my work, it is up to that person to influence the people in his/her organisation.
