Q&As

I have been in the Hotel Industry since 2012. I love Hospitality wholeheartedly and have done some work and training across all departments. The catering and decor is a God given talent.

I trained at the South African Butler Academy and after graduation I worked Internationally on-board Seabourn Cruise Liners and The World Residences at Sea.

Due to Covid19 and family responsibilities I've returned home and started working independently (freelancing).

This completely depends on the Client! I have the basic equipment to get the job done and any other equipment needed will be sourced in support of other local / small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Clients may prefer using their own personal equipment and supplies to prevent possible cross-contamination.

Meeting new Client's!

We all are very unique and special in our own ways and we all celebrate life differently!

I've learned something new every time I assist, cater or clean for a new Client. No project or job is ever the same, even if it's for the same client for the second or third time... it's just never ever the same.

The LOVE for creating beautifull and memorable moments. During the Covid19 pandemic, I was sent home during my 1st Contract onboard "The World - Residence at Sea" and as a result of that I didnt have a job for quite some time.

Now, I enjoy working from home, being able to spend time with my family and friends and travelling once or twice a month.

I'm use to working 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 4-6 months at a time. The Health and Safety of myself and other's is paramount and engraved on my brain.

Customer service is very important and to ensure the best experiences possible I am flexible and adaptable as my working environment (and team) changes, often.

Lastly, I love what I do, I'm very committed and passionate.

Currently, I do not offer online services but I am available to assist and answer any questions 24/7 remotely.

I stick to the basics! Washing / sanitizing of hands on a regular basis, wearing a proper face mask and keeping social distance.
Also, avoiding cross-contamination, correct garbage disposal methods and using the correct PPE.
