What do you love most about your job?
. I love seeing client's smiling faces when the job is done.
. I am passionate about the Cleaning Sector.
. I love training and teaching other people cleaning skills, so that one day, they can also, possibly work for themselves.
. The one thing that surprises me every time, is, when I do a Demo on a product or a Machine for a client, and the result is better than expected, that is when the client signs up.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Selling Chemicals and Consumables for commission, was enjoyable, but my heart was in Operations, the physical act of making a problem become someone else's solution, is extremely invigorating and pleasing.
At my age (56), there also is not a lot of work out there, the only option was to work for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
The best thing I can say, is this:
I not only do the cleaning myself, but, I give advice to the clients for future reference. By making suggestions, the client feels enlightened on how to prevent things from happening again. Demonstrations on chemical usage, are a good way to impress the client (the product result usually speaks for itself).

. Cleaning of Solar Panel Surfaces from excess dirt and build up, this allows the Panel Maximum Exposure to the Sun's Rays

. Using a Walk Behind Auto Scrubber to clean and floors in all areas
. The cleaning of Shelf Support Structures
. High Level Cleaning of beams to the height of 6 meters
. Proper use of PPE & PPC is utilised at all times.
Stripping & Sealing of Floors
. Strip the old Polish from the surface, using a Rotary Machine and Black Pads. Rinse the surface and wait to dry with a Wet & Dry Vacuum Machine. Apply a minimum of 3 layers of New Polish/Polymer to the surfaces with an Applicator (Approx 30 mins drying time per layer) - This is Labour Intensive due to the nature of the work.
. In the case of wooden floors - an industrial sander is required to strip the polish from the surface, the same application method applies for the polish.
Window Cleaning
. All windows cleaned in and out
. The Client has the choice to choose outside only, inside only or both - quotes issued accordingly
. Cleaning of Single and double Storey buildings
