What do you love most about your job?
Bristech Asphalting &Paving is a customer reliant business so getting to meet new people/clients has to be one of the main reasons I love the work that I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a firm believer that entrepreneurship is key in growing yourself as an individual so I took that as an opportunity and started my own business. I have seen and learnt from other entrepreneurs and it has been a daily inspiration to me since.

Our company does hands-on work, hence, we work remotely. Clients will be able to contact us online but we work remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure wearing of masks at all times, sanitize regularly and maintain social distancing with fellow workers and clients. Our work equipment is cleaned on a regular basis to minimize the spread of the virus.
