What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide all bookkeeping services and support (online) relevant to small and medium sized business, as required in the day-to-day running of the business. This includes bank reconciliation, invoices, quotes, bills, cashflow, VAT, payroll, projects, expenses, business analytics, and reports (balance sheet, general ledger, profit & loss, payables & receivables, business performance, and trial balance).
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Bookkeeping is usually not one of a business owner's favorite tasks. It is probably not a task that he/she is trained or educated in, and it takes up valuable business time that could have been used to generate direct income for the business. In lots of cases it takes up valuable personal and family time, outside of normal business hours.
An affordable, cost-effective, and efficient option is to outsource the business's bookkeeping function to an online (or “virtual”) bookkeeper. Here are some of the benefits:
- Cost effectiveness: The client only pays for the services needed, and real time worked by the bookkeeper.

I love the fact that I can help my clients to make a success of their businesses, by lightening their administrative burdens, providing proper and correct advice, and in general making their lives easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided after having worked for employers most of my life, that would I like to work for myself, doing something that I love.

Yes, my services are online. I work through the cloud-based Xero Accounting platform, which is safe, and perfectly suited for online work and interaction between myself as bookkeeper and my clients.
