I used a tax practitioner who completely messed up my taxes and even caused me to have penalties charged by SARS, I had initiated the tax process in August but by January my taxes were still not submitted correctly, after following up with this tax practitioner for the 30th time I sought out a new practitioner to help me and that’s where Alinza came in in February and a month later my name has been cleared with minimal input from my side, Alinza was always clear, upfront and took the time to explain and help me understand what the problems were.
