For a reasonable fee, I got a truck, driver and an additional person to provide labour.
The gentlemen tactfully packed the truck and delivered to my storage facility. They were also very useful there as they helped unpack and pack up the storage so that everything could fit.
For even better customer service, they could improve initial telephone etiquette as well as a breakdown of how the amount gets quoted. This will help both parties make sense of changes (time, load or distance) and how adjustments should be worked out fairly.
