I contacted this company with the idea of using them as a 3rd party dealing with Johannesburg branch dealt with a lady Claire. Throughout the process she kept me updated and the best part was the ethics and integrity they had when the client tried to go direct. We had a pool fence installed, which was okay, but they damaged the main sewage line which costed a couple thousand to fix. It was a struggle and blame game as one would expect, and we ultimately has a very stressful experience. The overall end product was okay, some portions weren't lining up equally and the workmanship wasn't the greatest. Was pretty much a "meh" experience. Pricing isn't affordable either. I'm sure their work is great, that's why I asked them for a quote, the fencing looks beautiful. But we ended up not getting a fence at all, so a bit difficult to rate a business only on a quote.
