I have a small but unruly garden which needed a definite reshape, prune and weed. The Garden Spot nursery and landscapes did the job, The guys were thorough, paid attention to my requests and cleaned up after the job was done. The guys were dropped off at 13:00 even though the appointment was at 12:00.
They first took their lunch and only started working at 13:45.
They were picked up at 15:00 and I was charged for a two hour job that was done half.
Very disappointed.
The lady even confirmed that they were taking their lunch.
I don't understand why I was paying for them to be on lunch

The guys took their lunch break and only started working at 13:45.
The lady picked them up at 15:00 and I was charged for two hours for a job half done.

Without a doubt the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL "garden service" no service late left a guy who was lazy couldn't speak English with a broken chisel top to dig a hole which took him an hour they had 3 dirty old rusty tools and a spade which was too big to dig a medium size hole.
...with them which could barely cut a branch and never cleaned them which confirmed they had not been properly trained. The woman who arrived left me, the paying client to supervise as she had another job to go to. As she left she said to her 2 guys "half soil half compost some bone meal" but she not even bothered to look at what the soil conditions were. Firstly clay which requires a different mix. These poor guys had to trim back a thorny hedge which cut their fingers, slow work, no.protective gloves, no drop sheets, no bags, a dirty broken ladder. It's not the guys fault it the management lack.of training

mask up in the presence of the client and their home or workspace, sanitize hands and equipment before entering and on leaving.
