I had the misfortune of obtaining the services of Rub and Scrub Cleaning Services about two months ago. Let me say that it was a really bad experience.
Firstly, the manager / owner bent the truth about how many people he would be sending and what service they provided. Right from the start it was clear that this was not exactly the truth. Secondly, the work ethics of the cleaners were shocking. From breaking stuff, to ironing everything so badly that some items I had to redo myself, from throwing my stuff away, from never mopping my floors. Anyway, it was really a bad experience and they also charged a fortune for just over an hours work. I was also told that there would be a supervisor overlooking all work done. Apparently, there was no supervisor at all - just another story from the owner.
Judge for yourself whether you want to risk having this Company in your house doing inferior work.

However, I would disagree with your assessment of our work we provided which is why we terminated our services we provide to you. 1. Our teams we send out to clients are always supervised. This is the service we provide. We take a teams to your home with supervision. 2. We have never broken anything in your home. 3. We always have 4 ladies with a supervisor on site, unless one of our ladies are off sick but this does not impact on the work required. 4. We as a business take pride in the service we provide and are always willing to work with our clients and support their needs. We thank you for your feedback and we stand by our decision to terminate our services wish you. We wish you all the best going forward.
