I have contacted him numerous times with him promising to come and no one appears. He gives guarantees that he does not keep to and he says he will provide it in writing but never does.

Steve and his team replaced broken trusses and brandering in my roof, fixed the damage on the ridges, waterproofed the valleys on my roof and placed overtile barge boards on the Apex of my roof.
