Very disappointing experience. We paid for compliance/AFS services after being assured the work would be completed within three days. A month later, only the CIPC submission has been done, while our SARS compliance remains outstanding. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being Digital means that we're able to satisfactorily provide our services remotely. Aside from the limited physical meetings that no longer can take place, adaption but not necessarily adaption because it has always been a source of communication before the pandemic started.
We perform meetings virtually, telephonic or conference calls to ensure that value add is always at the forefront.
In instances of normal meeting in person, our offices are fully sanitized, wearing of masks are compulsory, social distancing is observed and all relevant Covid-19 precautionary measures are fully adhered to for the safety of everyone.
